Key Features of Glass Cutting Machine

• The machine comprises of glass loading table, a set of fixed diamond cutters and a set of movable diamond cutters.
• The pitch distance between the diamond cutters defines the shape and size of the glass pieces.
• The glass sheet is located on the table, which is further clamped in position with the help of vacuum cups.
• The table is then moved along the X- Axis where the set of fixed cutters cut the glass sheet.
• The table is then locked in that position and the movable cutters are moved along the Y- Axis producing the cut in perpendicular direction.
